What are the deadlines for submitting post-activity materials including student completion records, the summary of participant evaluations and associated fees?

A provider has not met the requirements for CECBEMS accreditation until all post-activity materials have been submitted. Post activity materials are due within 30 days of the completion of a one-time event.

Providers of multiple-event and distributed-learning activities may submit post-activity materials at any time, but must submit them no less often than quarterly.

January-March course completion reports are due by May 1

April-June course completion reports are due by August 1

July-September course completion reports are due by November 1

October-December course completion reports are due by February 1

Failure to provide post-activity materials within fifteen (15) days of the above deadlines may subject the provider to probation or withdrawal of accreditation.
