How should data be formatted for electronic submission to CECBEMS?

You can download documentation from the FAQ section, "For CE Providers - Documentation".  Data in the files you upload must comply with the schema.

XML files, once uploaded, will be checked by the system on a line-by-line basis.  If the format is correct and all required data is present, that student course completion will be entered into the CECBEMS system. 

We recommend you utilize the XML Test tool prior to actually submitting data via the XML upload tool. 

You may wish to submit your XML file to the Audit Test Tool prior to uploading to obtain a comprehensive audit of the data in your file.  There is a charge to use this tool.

If you have a small number of course completions to submit, you may wish to use the manual entry option.
